Space4Climate

Space4Climate helps space and non-space sector organisations to access and leverage the power of satellite Earth Observation for climate decision-making and for commercial, research and policy uses.
We are an independent, not-for-profit UK membership organisation, run by and for our members across academia, industry and policy agencies, chaired by the UK Space Agency. Whether you are new to space technology or established in the space or any other sector, we are funded to support you to understand how information from space about our climate and environment can benefit you.
One of our most popular services is providing free Earth Observation 101s wide range of organisations – these are tailored to each one’s needs and put complex Earth Observation science into ‘friendly’ terms and contexts to inspire your teams.
We also act as an independent broker, sharing innovative, market-ready applications of climate data from space and highlighting emerging sources of data, making useful introductions, bringing together collaborations, promoting funding opportunities, hosting and attending events in the UK and internationally.
