Our two factories in Thetford, are fully equipped to meet modern manufacturing requirements. Services include precision laser and folding, waterjet cutting, specialist welding, 5-axis CNC milling and turning, and mechanical electrical assembly and testing. Our finishing capabilities include shotblasting, spray painting, and powder coating to Qualicoat’s standard.
With our established quality-control processes, we are able to handle pneumatic, hydraulic and electro-mechanical contracts for clients in a variety of sectors.
We take pride in our commitment to building long-term partnerships, investing in our people’s skills, sustainable facilities, and the latest production equipment.
We are doing our bit to try and protect our planet, we have been developing sustainable processes and reducing inputs making us more competitive, which is good for us and our customers. That’s why we will be Net Carbon Neutral (Scope 1 and 2) very soon. We will achieve this by using energy efficient systems, recycling materials, insulating our buildings, using EVs and generating our own power.
